I hope that all of you have had such a festive week! I love coming home for the holidays and relaxing, but one of my favorite parts of this holiday is giving (and getting, obviously) gifts. I love the cheery spirit that lingers in the air this time of year, and I absolutely love seeing clever new ways that people wrap their gifts. My family tends to shy away from overly-cheesy bright red + green wrapping, and this year many gifts were wrapped in simple brown paper with classic black bows. I, of course, had to mess up the theme with my dad’s presents and add some bright colors. I want to know – do you and your family ever have a Christmas theme, or do you all just wrap in whatever you want? I used to think wrapping in a “theme” was ridiculous, but I’ve started to realize that buying only one or two rolls of paper instead of tons in different colors & patterns is actually genius – and cheaper.
